Shipping & Delivery  Policy

Saktya offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website. Delivery charges will only be collected for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments during checkout, if such an option is available.

At Saktya, we believe in 100% transparency and are committed to delivering exactly what we promise. We understand the importance of timely delivery and make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of your order.

  • Subject to circumstances beyond our control, the product(s) will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of order acceptance.

  • Once dispatched, the shipment is typically delivered within 6–8 business days at your doorstep.

Courier Services

  • We primarily ship through trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, and others.

  • In remote or smaller towns where these services are not available, alternative courier services will be used. In such cases, please allow an additional 2–3 days for delivery.

Shipping Updates & Notifications

  • Dispatch details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp on the contact details provided at the time of placing your order.

  • The product(s) will be shipped to the mailing address you provide during checkout.

  • Once delivery is confirmed by our courier partner, a confirmation message will also be sent to you.

Non-Delivery & Customer Support

  • If you do not receive your product(s) within a reasonable period after dispatch, please reach out to us immediately at:

  • For any delivery-related concerns, you must contact us within 2–3 days of the delivery confirmation. Beyond this period, Saktya may not be held liable for any non-delivery claims.

Delays & Exceptions

  • In rare cases where dispatch timelines are longer, it will be mentioned on the respective product page or communicated to you directly.

  • In the event of unforeseen delays due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will proactively inform you via the contact details you provided.
